Head of Finance – Global Markets recruitment
As a key member of the Senior Leadership team and managing a significant team, this role will report directly to the Regional CFO. Covering all NE Asia, the purpose of the role will be to provide full Financial, Accounting and Strategic support to the business covering a broad range of products across global markets (Fixed Income, Equities, ECM, DCM ect…). The role will be a 360 degree finance role and be responsible for both the financial and management performance reporting issues that arise as well as working with the business leaders in helping them achieve their strategic growth objectives. This role will interact across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and will be financially responsible for delivery of divisional results to the Executive team.
To be successful in your application you will be a CA/CPA qualified accountant with a strong technical background. Prior staff management skills and knowledge of Investment Banking/Global Markets Products will also be essential. Equally as important will be your ability to display where you have been able to add value to the strategic decision making process and deliver effective and meaningful management reports to the business and executive team alike.
