Brief Job Description
Reporting to the CFO and managing a team, role will involve responsibility for managing the day to day finance function of a leading Pan European life insurance company. Specifics of the role will include responsibility for:
- Preparation of monthly management and annual financial / statutory reporting accounts
- Budgeting and reforecasting process including agreement and reporting on targets and KPI's
- Monitoring and reporting of treasury, capital and liquidity requirements
- Ensuring that first rate financial processes and controls operate across all parts of the business.
- Managing primary relationships for all finance matters with Group companies, reinsurers and internal and external audit.
- Playing a key role in driving the strategic direction of the finance function.
Requirements for this Role
Candidates should be qualified accountants with a minimum of ten years PQE. Experience managing a finance function with a large Insurance (Life) company would be highly advantageous.
