Head of Finance & Operations recruitment
The Head of Finance Operations will be responsible for the daily management and development of middle and back office functions in the Beijing office, develop and maintain the relationships within divisions of the Bank, conduct business analysis, re-engineering and team coordination, as well as the project management of new products. This Head of Finance Operations will also need to work with business units to achieve goals and develop business opportunities, and take charge of the sign-off on finance, regulatory, statutory accounts and other matters, identify and assess the risks, then plan and execute risk mitigating procedures.
Qualified Head of Finance Operations should have relevant degree or above, minimum 6 years working experience with solid financial markets and general banking products knowledge, strong management, financial and product accounting as well as tax experience. Potential candidate should also have detailed knowledge of operational controls and procedures; clear understanding of banking business goals and needs, confident in deal with auditors and regulators. Excellent time management and organisational skills, good team spirit with strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written English skills with good communication skills are also essential in this role.
