Head of Finance Operations recruitment
The ideal candidate should
1) Have worked in a Middle Office/ Back Office function with good understanding of the FTB processes
2) Have strong settlements / trade support experience
3) Strong Risk/ Compliance background strongly preferred. He/ She will be required to ensure compliance with international accounting standards
4) Ensure platform is in place for the company to flexibly and quickly invest in new markets (including review of taxation matters, market regulations, custodial and broker account set up etc.)
5) Strong VBA skills preferred
6) Exposure to Global Equities products is compulsary.
7) Must have managed a team of at least 4
8) Ability to face off with senior management, traders, brokers , auditors and the custodians
9) Candidates from Banking preferred
10) Accounting background essential. Candidates with big 4 background preferred.
