Head of Finance – Real Estate Fund Management recruitment
With the continued expansion of the operation to include Mainland Europe and the Far East, there is a need to recruit a new Head of Finance.
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Run a strong, well established accounting team which handles all matters in-house.
• Be client facing and work with the main directors of the business to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Aim for a high level of competency across all accountancy practices, ensuring that the team is best in class.
• Interpret and provide appropriate financial data for investors and clients.
You will be a long standing accountant, already at Finance Director or Financial Controller level (ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified) with a track record in real estate fund management and professional services. You will be a skilled manager of staff, be a forward facing client liaison specialist and be comfortable with the idea of improving and enhancing a well oiled operation.
