Head of Finance recruitment
As the Head of Finance you will be responsible for capital and balance sheet management. You will act as the bank’s expert of international financial reporting standards (IFRS). The bank is currently in a growth phase and has a health balance sheet matched with a strong 1st quarter performance.
Responsibilities
-Manage financial policies, procedures and controls for the bank
-Capital and balance sheet management
-Provide input into strategic planning, business planning with the CFO and Shareholders
-Manage the company’s regulatory requirements
-Formulate the financial strategy for the business
-Develop risk framework to monitor capital and liquidity activities in the local market and treasury risk management
Requirements
-10+ years accounting, financial and risk management experience
-Knowledge of Basel II and Capital adequacy requirements
-Experience of managing a banks IFRS
-Balance Sheet and Capital management experience
-Strong financial modeling background
-Asset Liability experience
-Knowledge of treasury products
-Prior experience with Top 4 Consultancy/ Accountancy desirable
