Head of Finance recruitment
Our client, a leading global financial institution has commissioned us to recruit a Head of Finance to lead the Finance function of one of their largest Europe wide departments. This is a new role created due to my clients expanding business and represents an excellent opportunity to lead a highly regarded and high performing function.
You will be responsible for all financial management of the European department, as well as ensuring the preparation and submission of statutory accounts you will forecast capital and revenue funding and contribute to the group wide financial plan. Along with the financial responsibilities you will also form strong internal (CFO, FD etc) and external (Regulators, Auditors) relationships and maintain a focus on the overall group strategy and operating model.
To be successful you will be a qualified accountant (or with significant experience) with experience of leading a large financial function within a global operation. You will need to demonstrate strong communication, strategic thinking and management skills with equally strong technical accounting knowledge.
