Head of Finance, Retail Wealth

This role exists to be a true partner to the Eexecutive General Manager (EGM) for Retail Wealth by providing financial leadership to the Retail Wealth business through understanding and interpretation of financial results versus expectations and competitor business trends. The position holder will leverage a detailed knowledge of the business's performance and issues into longer-term strategic drivers – seeking a 2-3 year horizon.

This role will be part of the Retail Wealth leadership group and ensure that all decisions are made with a full understanding of economic/financial impacts, and will draw on the capabilities within the broader Finance community to deliver that service

The Head of Finance is also the key relationship point between the business and the broader Finance community and will take an enterprise wide view to ensure the broader nabWealth/ MLC business exceeds plan.

The successful candidate will have a post graduate professional qualification in either Accounting, Finance, Actuarial, Business Administration or a related discipline and have;
