The RBS Finance Risk Systems Transformation (FiRST) programme is a business critical, multi-year operations and technology initiative to integrate Group level Finance, Risk and Treasury systems for RBS.
As Head of Finance, Risk, Treasury Systems Transformation (FiRST) within the UK Personal Banking (Retail) division, your main objective will be to lead Retail Finance through successive stages of a major Finance, Risk Treasury Transformation programme (FiRST). You'll have significant experience in programme management / change / project management at a senior manager level. This role combines leadership and development of a team of finance professionals with individual accountability for delivery of FiRST work-streams. You'll be accountable for the management of the successful design, delivery and implementation of these work-streams, and releases to UK Personal Banking (Retail). And you'll be responsible for the management of senior stakeholders across the division whilst developing and implementing frameworks at all levels. You'll establish and manage relationships with key business partners and be accountable for all risks and issues throughout the delivery cycle, while driving the performance management framework.
Naturally, as Head of Finance, Risk, Treasury Systems Transformation (FiRST), you’ll have strong knowledge of programme management and change capability. And experience in the delivery of complex projects, including senior stakeholder management, across multiple business units / divisions. You’ll have demonstrable experience of driving high quality change at a strategic level, with detailed and practical knowledge of change leadership and its application in different businesses / industries. You’ll also be highly capable of understanding and influencing business strategy, and ensuring chosen solutions are aligned to business objectives.
