Head of Finance – Tech mnc exp a must recruitment
My client a leading multi-national within the IT industry currently have a requirement for a senior financial controller. You will have at least 10 years pqe and be coming from a multi-national within the technology sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expert providing technical advice on revenue recognition to influence and maximise revenue for the company
- review of software and other agreements in accordance with US GAAP etc
- Quarter end close process with US GAAP
- Review of monthly reconcilliations
- report on revenue analysis for the quarter
- Dealing with all audit queries
- Implementation of initiatives to enhance control compliance with US GAAP
- Project work as required
- Management of team and all duties involved
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior Finance Professional coming from the technology sector - must be from a multi-national background
- Strong finance background- and revenue recognition exp a must
- Strong US GAAP / IAS Knowledge
- Strong systems experience
- Staff management experience
