Head of Finance Transformation
Our client is an international market leader who have gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years. To help underpin their recent growth and global expansion, they have created a job opportunity for a head of finance to lead their finance transformation.
Reporting into the CFO, this role will impact across the whole of finance and will also work closely with the operations teams. The key focus will be to identify areas for process improvement across the financial systems, financial reporting and broader management accounting and transactional processing.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical accounting capability plus a strong commercial business partnering style. You will be a qualified accountant (preferably ACA qualified with a Big 4 background) who has a successful track record within this specialist field. Ability to assess and deal with issues that will provide major improvements or limit major risks facing the business and to clearly identify the resulting cost/benefit. Due to the high profile nature of the role you must possess gravitas combined with excellent influencing and communication skills.
This is an ideal stepping-stone for an ambitious Senior Manager or Director within the Big 4 or someone who is working within a similar role within a large international business.
