Head of Financial Planning recruitment
The organisation is looking for candidates an excellent academic track-record (minimum 2:1 degree from a globally recognised institution) and a fully qualified ACA accountant (first time passes and a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience). This could be a great first move into the financial industry for a Senior Manager or Associate Director within the Big 4.
The role will be responsible for managing a team of 15 people in total with two direct reports. The teams cover the information value chain from management accounting to budgeting and forecasting and all reporting up to the Exec Board. Working closely with the business, the incumbent will take the lead on developing the profile of finance with various business units, take the lead of developing a business partnering function and support the ExCo with various ad hoc requests.
