Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall client management of existing RepoClear clients and building out existing client base.
• Implement and maintain standards for use by the RepoClear Sales Marketing Team.
• Lead, manage and develop the team to ensure a highly motivated, high performing team.
• Assist the Head of Fixed Income in the management of stakeholders both within and external to the company.
• Review and improve options for the client experience in all areas of the Fixed Income Service.
• Work with both London and Paris based specialists to determine a common model of operation.

Required skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience and competence in the bond/repo market is mandatory
• Must be numerate and educated preferably to degree level
• Proven track record in a client management / sales and marketing role within financial services
• Exposure to managing and developing a successful team
• A broad general working knowledge of UK and European trading, clearing and settlement environments is mandatory
• Knowledge of Clearing and the RepoClear service is desirable but not essential.
