Their Capital Markets business consists of credit related fixed income sales, trading, and research as well as new issue placements in corporate debt and securitized products. To drive the growth of the European business, they seek an MD, with experience gained at a good house, to join as Head of Sales.
KEY EXPERIENCE SKILLS:
- Live client list in most bond asset classes
- Proven track record of sales, hands-on with good PL
- Excellent proven team leadership motivation capabilites
- Able to work in a small company and grow the business
- Strong experience, 10 years plus, preferably gained in a large house, of two of the following: Credit Flow, High Yield, ABS, Illiquid products
