Head of FM Product Distribution, NSW recruitment
You will be charged with growing a financial markets product distribution business; spearheading sales and sales strategy into a retail, SME and private wealth client base. Your team will operate across a multi-brand platform selling interest rate risk management, FX, commodities and energy.
Major accountabilities:
- Manage and drive FM distribution in NSW to achieve continued business growth
- Implement multi-brand strategies and initiatives to grow product penetration into Retail, SME, Wealth and Private Bank segments
- Direct the development and execution of business technology strategy
- Optimise productivity and grow electronic facilitation
Position requirements:
- Executive with extensive experience in Financial Markets
- Excellent technical skills across wide range of FM products
- Strong customer facing orientation
- Superior people management and mentoring skills
- Demonstrated leadership of successful sales teams
