Head of FM Product Distribution (Victoria, SA, NT, TAS) recruitment
You will be charged with growing a financial markets product distribution business; spearheading sales and sales strategy into a retail, SME and private wealth client base. Your team will operate across a multi-brand platform selling interest rate risk management, FX, commodities and energy.
Major accountabilities:
• Melbourne based, you will manage and drive FM distribution to achieve continued business growth across Victoria, South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
• Implement multi-brand strategies and initiatives to grow product penetration into Retail, SME, Wealth and Private Bank segments
• Direct the development and execution of business technology strategy
• Optimise productivity and grow electronic facilitation
Position requirements:
• Executive with extensive experience in Financial Markets
• Excellent technical skills across wide range of FM products
• Strong customer facing orientation
• Superior people management and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated leadership of successful sales teams
