Head of FP&A
Full Job Description
As a Head of FPA at a leading Financial Services organisation based in London you`ll be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to the team and managing the development of MI which is needed to measure the progress of the business as its restructuring enters a critical phase.
- Managing a team of 4, responsible for all financial MI, preparing monthly and ad-hoc reporting packs for senior management, forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling.
- Candidate should have significant experience in a financial services environment, previous management experience, and experience in presenting financial or operating performance to senior management.
- Candidate will need to be an energetic self-starter, with proven ability to manage and motivate a team. He-she should demonstrate a high degree of personal confidence and the communication skills necessary to interact with all levels of the organisation.

100000 - 120000 + benefits
