Head of Function recruitment

The is a role providing short term cover for the Head of Group Cost Management and Cost Reporting. The current head of this team will have conflicting priorities over the next three months therefore a high performing individual is needed to step in and lead this new team. This team is a Cost Centre of Excellence which can be split into two parts; a Finance Share Service Centre to produce all cost reports for the group and a Centre of Excellence to provide Group Cost Management.

Key accountabilities will include the following:

- Help build a transition plan for inbound personnel and the outbound product that we need to launch

- Lead the team in the set up phase (team of 22 people)

- Deputise for the Head of Function where required

Key Skills:

- Qualified accountant (either formally or through experience)

- Cost reporting experience

- Excellent communication skills/people skills
