Head of Functional Performance Management recruitment

AML Ops works within a complex international and multi-divisional environment with a variety of stakeholders.  Its main stakeholders are senior management within; Group Risk, Regulatory Risk (both on a Group level, as well as on a divisional and regional / country level), Group Security and Fraud and Group Audit.

Functional Performance Management (FPM) advises and provides independent information to the AML Ops Management Team, monitoring the global workload, setting global process execution priorities, evaluating high level capacity-planning and upholding the AML Ops Service Level Agreement (SLA) Framework.

As Head of FPM you will be responsible for process / projects performance, advising on identified trends and evaluating (current) KPIs, including quality, risk, HR and Finance indicators in close cooperation with the Management Team, Regional Heads and relevant Business Partners.  You will also be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the SLA and AML Ops (global) budget, thereby liaising with local COO (Netherlands) and global HR and Finance.

You will have knowledge of reporting fundamentals, balance scorecard, service agreement and offshore management as well as a strong ability of translating strategic objectives into operational projects or work streams.  Experience of working in banking environment is essential, given the complex international and multi-divisional environment, as is project management and team management experience.
