Head of FX and AML Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationship and work with key stakeholders of the business in implementing procedures and systems to ensure a more efficient business control and support model for new businesses.
- Ensure that relevant teams are aware of the risks involved and to constantly make improvements to current risk policies.
- Connect with different country and product specific teams to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices.
- Be responsible for all costs associated with Operations and Middle Office
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Proven track record for working on large scale process improvement projects
- Experience of control frameworks and key indicators
- Proven track record for managing teams
