Head of FX
Our client is looking to hire a high calibre leader in the FX field.
They would be responsible for:
All FX Sales and potenitally trading across EMEA
Managing a large team across different locations
Responsible for increasing revenue and revenue per head.
Win more business across corporate and Institutional client bases
Grow the market share and increase the number of deal flows/new clients in accordance with approved processes and risk limits.
Leverage the collaboration model to achieve interdivisional co-ordination, cross selling, idea generation/innovation, convergence and client alignment to realize the synergies from different divisions.
Position the desk to leverage strengths and opportunities, address weaknesses and manage/mitigate risks and threats.
Manage operating and transacting risks at targeted levels driven by internal and external guidelines and regulatory/compliance/governance requirements
Business plan effectively developed and executed in line with institutions strategic goals.
