. In addition to sound and established management skills candidates should be able to demonstrate expert financial knowledge and the ability to train in one or two key subject areas (c. 60 days a year). In addition, the candidate should have a highly entrepreneurial approach to business development, finding and developing financial training opportunities.
The candidate will need to exhibit strong technical skills in addition to highly developed interpersonal skills in dealing not only with clients, but also with highly experienced training consultants and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Devise and execute DC Gardner’s content strategy going forward
- As part of the senior management support the Client relationship managers from a content perspective and monitor their efforts in providing financial training courses through client visits
- Provide support in outline-writing/proposal-writing
- Deliver c. 60 training days and write and develop course materials on an ongoing basis under DC Gardner Training Copyright
- Manage a team of external trainers – involvement in motivating these trainers and providing them with necessary technical resources /case studies as required
- Evaluate and recruit external faculty as required
- Ensure the growth of all of DC Gardner Training streams so that their profitability and contribution to the business is significantly enhanced
