HEAD OF GLOBAL DATA MANAGEMENT recruitment
Specifically, this role holder will need to facilitate the development of a consolidated CRM strategy, supporting solution design and a prioritised the implementation roadmap. The successful candidate will establish and manage infrastructure, support and service, be responsible for ongoing system / process development as well as all associated controls, procedures and reporting.
The role holder will act as a central component of the above mentioned strategy and will ensure that a Global Central repository of client and prospect data is implemented which is relevant and user-friendly, and which will accommodate scale and lead to cross-selling opportunities for the wider international business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a successful on-time, on-budget, transformation programme.
- Manage a support team and contractors list as appropriate.
- Designs and implements a data governance framework.
- Consolidation and migration client data from multiple sources to create a single shared view.
- Build a CRM Architecture Map and oversees implementation.
- Create a phased rollout, identifying new systems feeds for a comprehensive, clean and co-ordinated global database.
- Ensure accurate client record management and adoption in all markets.
- Manage data clean-up, security authorisations and process signoff.
- Set client data policy, policing and validation.
- Manage a suite of regular MI reporting to regional / business stakeholders.
- Define, monitor and manage the governance of all relevant processes.
- Devise and implement a tailored communication and training programmes which embed usage.
- Build relationships with Global Client Group, Operations, IT and Change team to deliver rollout.
- Tailor the front-end to local markets as appropriate.
- Support the Heads of relevant business units to drive forward the existing client agendas.
Core Skills:
- Experience of implementing CRM systems in multiple markets.
- Extensive experience of data environments and data policy.
- Programme and Project Management experience.
- Track record in data management, migration; systems implementation; solution design.
- Grounding in business intelligence disciplines.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and reach consensus.
Core Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com technology, principles and application within a business environment.
- Understanding and experience of sales and relationship management processes / practices.
