Head of Global Support- Front Office- Tier 1 Bank- Snr VP- LDN-Permanent

This role is to head up a large team looking after global front office support for a tier 1 investment bank. This role is a senior VP level role with future progression to Directorship.

Responsibilities;

-Manage global team.
-Provide support across London, Asia and New York.
-Coordinate change control and release management.
-Applications Supported: Longview (SQL), FIX, FundManager (Oracle) and bespoke applications across Windows and Unix platforms.
-Responsible for the Business Liaison Meeting initiative.

-Responsibility for compiling and distributing meaningful MI to senior management.
-Primary contact forproject and test teams.
-Manage vendor relationships (primarily Linedata) tracking outstanding bug fixes, proposed upgrades and level of service received.
