Head of HR, Asia Pacific recruitment
Our client is a prominent player in their field with strong growth and expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region.
As the Regional Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of the HR function for the respective locations in Asia. As a HR business partner, you will work closely with business leaders in driving strategic business objectives into HR deliverables and ensure HR processes are aligned with Group initiatives. You will also provide proactive support in areas such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management as well as talent management. You will also be expected to take on ad hoc HR projects driven globally as well as regionally. This role requires the incumbent to be hands on with the operational aspects of the HR work, at the same time able to deliver the strategic value to the business. Strong change management and facilitation is key in this role.
To be considered, you will have over ten years of HR generalist experience, preferably with regional responsibilities. Prior experience within a start up or multi cultural organisation is advantageous. People management experience is of advantage and you will be someone who is highly resourceful, proactive with an ability to work with some level of ambiguity. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about their work, possess great interpersonal and influencing skills and keen to excel in a fast paced, growing business.
