As the HR Leader for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, you will support approximately 1,400 staff in the region and lead the business through future merger and/or acquisition activities in addition to driving the HR agenda through the country markets, with the support of in-country HR teams. You will work very closely with the Board and play a key advisory role on all matters relating to human capital in the region.
Applicants must have previous experience in Mergers Acquisitions, coupled with exposure to a consumer focused industry. Naturally, strong HR business advisory and people management skills will be imperative.
