A global financial services organisation with steady growth plans for the AsiaPac region. A stable business looking to develop the HR function further, the HR team is now looking for a Head of HR for Hong Kong and Korea.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the APAC HR Director, you will be a business partner to senior leaders across Hong Kong and Korea to deliver HR solutions to meet with business objectives of the respective markets. You will be hands on with all HR operations whilst leading a team to improve and streamline HR policies and processes. As Hong Kong is the regional hub, you will be involved in regional ad-hoc HR projects and implementing new HR initiatives.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, you will have at least 10 years HR experience as a HR Business Partner within a Financial Services organisation.
- You will have excellent client servicing and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff
- An independent and dynamic individual, you will also be a strong team player with a proactive approach to meet challenges in your role
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
