Head of HR, Saudi Arabia recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring staff.
- Develop Individual development plan and training plan for Saudi employees.
- Establish employee welfare programmes and arrangements (e.g. insurance, staff loans).
- Develop the HR strategy / staff manual and regulations, (e.g. recruiting, evaluating, compensating).
- Management, direction and administration of the activities of the Human Resources Development department including manpower planning, compensation and benefits, salary administration, recruitment, training, personnel administration and labor relations.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience with employment contracts and liaising with government entities (eg. visas and GOSI).
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in Saudi Arabia.
- Management experience.
- Saudi national.
