A global financial services organisation delivering professional services to clients in over 100 countries worldwide has an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the senior management team. Renowned for innovative practices and a dynamic working environment, this company views HR as a key business partner for the growth of the business.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Regional CEO and Global Head of HR, you will deliver HR solutions in line with global policies as well as develop and implement HR strategies for the growth of the Asia Pacific region. Leading a team across the region, you will be responsible for the transformation of the HR function to improve the effectiveness of HR service delivery. As the HR business partner to senior management, you will implement talent management strategies to upgrade and build organisational capability.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, you will be a seasoned HR business partner with at least 12 years HR experience within a multinational organisation. Regional experience within Asia is required.
- Strong business acumen able to manage various stakeholders and senior executives to deliver HR solutions.
- A dynamic individual on the management team, you will be a strong leader across the business.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential while Mandarin is an advantage.
