Job description
As the Head of Human Resources you will:
Establish HR departmental measures that support the accomplishment of the organisations strategic goals and ensures the employees live by the values of the organisation
Be responsible of talent management and career advancement
Establish and lead the recruiting and hiring process and introduces procedures necessary to ensure to attract top talent
Establish best practices in compensation, benefits, pensions and health schemes
Plan employee trainings after a training needs assessment (new employee onboarding and/ or orientation, job specific training, management training)
Lead the design and implementation of a performance management system
Formulate and recommend HR policies and objectives for the organisation
Oversee the implementation of Human Resources programmes through Human Resources staff
Who we are looking for
Experience in top performing institution
Very good academic degree at a leading university
More than 8 years of experience, of which 3 years as an HR manager
Good understanding of the financial policy world
Fluent (spoken and written) in English and preferably either French or German
Any other language skills are considered an asset
