Head of Individual Business Unit recruitment
To successfully set an Individual Business strategy in cooperation with different sales regions around the world, with various sales targets. Implement the Individual strategy and achieve sales targets. Manage the Individual unit from A to Z keeping within the company’s Clear to Zero service standards
- To setup an Individual Business strategy per sales region in cooperation with the different sales managers around the world.
- Set sales targets per region and achieve these targets.
- To successfully manage the Individual unit from A to Z, keeping within the company's service standard of Clear to Zero.
- To work very closely with the different sales regions and set a common understanding of the market and the way to achieve individual sales targets
- Establish a stand alone unit for broker individual business to indentify various brokers around the world in cooperation with the different sales regions. Encourage and manage these brokers to work very closely with the company and provide them with total support.
- Establish a stand alone unit for direct individual business soliciting business via the web site, telephone etc. Set a target and achieve it.
- The continual monitoring and review of business processes and procedures, including systems innovations, and the implementation of agreed process enhancements.
- The consistent delivery of agreed key performance indicators and other metrics.
- To develop and implement strategies to continually enhance a strong customer focused culture within the department liaising with other relevant parts of the business as necessary.
- To identify training requirements and, in co-operation with other relevant parts of the business, to devise and implement strategies to address these needs.
- To develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments and support them according to their needs.
- The management of internal quality assurance processes.
- The provision of regular and ad-hoc management information.
- To develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries, brokers and tied agents in order to ensure maximum business generation and retention.
Experience Required
1. 5 years experience within a product/sales Health Disability industry in a senior managerial position
2. Departmental management experience, within the service delivery functions of such a company.
3. An exposure to finance would be an advantage.
4. Fluency in English is required, any additional European language is an advantage
