Job Description :
• Oversee the I.T. Operations in Hong Kong and China.
• Review the existing I.T. SystemS and Operations and enhance the I.T Systems for future business use.
• Work closely with the Top Management and business leads to determine the functional and technology strategies and the implementation in cope with the business strategies and plans.
• Oversee the delivery of the I.T. programs according to the agreed roadmaps in line with the business plans
• Communicate with all stakeholders about the progress and status of the I.T. programs and projects
• Follow through the whole cycle and monitor all I.T. programs and projects in the region including pre-program and post-program follow up.
• Manage the I.T. vendors and internal I.T. expertise to ensure the right mix of skills in place
• Work closely with the I.T. team in Head Quarters for implementing the Global I.T. Program effectively implementing in local countries.
Job Requirement :-
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• Min. 12 years of experience in managing IT projects in the finance industry, ideally with banking
• Excellent knowledge of operations technologies as well as from the business point of view
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
