Head of Infrastructure Operations recruitment

Job Responsibilities

Lead a team of L2-L3 engineers/analysts to an integrated operating environment.
Responsible for the delivery of global infrastructure operations to end users.
Accountable for the integrity of the standards processes to be in compliance with internal policies.
Building strong relationship with business.
Define and manage key ITSM processes.
Drive innovation and creative and initiatives that benefit the business and organization.
Define and manage key practices procedures upholding process and policy alignment.
Identify and escalate operations incidents into problem management.
Monitor issues under problem management for closure with Level 4 Engineering.
Monitor and report project issues, operation incidents and problems and ensure accountability
Lead audit and regulatory inspections, and ensure successful closures of unbiased observations.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ working experience with at least 5 years of hands-on in the areas of operations, network, system, storage, security and office.
Minimum 3 years of proven leadership in financial, healthcare or similar industry in managing Technology Operations.
Strong knowledge in risk management, ITIL V3 or 2011.
Experience in enforcement of process procedures in the course of managing the team.
Ability to identify and rationalize the implementation approach and operating environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills.
