Head of Infrastructure recruitment
A large company is looking for Head of Infrastructure.
Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for the reliability, responsive, availability and operations of infrastructure services of the enterprise. The infrastructure includes systems management, database management, network infrastructure, messaging system, middleware and storage services.
You will need to oversee a large team to ensure that the entire end-to-end functions and operations run on 24x7 basis.
In addition, you will work with business partners and vendors. These diverse team includes sales and marketing, finance, human resource and customer services.
At strategic level, you will be involved in planning, design and development of technology systems - thereby ensuring that it is in line with the overall company strategic business plans.
Requirements
You should have a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. You should have at least 10 years of related working experience. Prior experience in managing large-scale project or data centre will be highly valued.
This is a technical people management position. Your leadership skillset in managing a large team is crucial to ensure the success of the team.
Technically, you must remain relevant to understanding technology details. Your depth in technical knowledge will be an important criteria for this position.
Furthermore, a strong English written and communication skills will help you excel in this role.
