Head of Institutional Sales (Brokerage)

Our client is an established Middle Eastern brokerage business that  mainly focuses in the forex markets along with other services for their clients.

This business is in the middle of setting up their London business and are looking for their Head of Institutional Sales to be based in London and help define, set up and run their institutional sales strategy across Europe and the Middle East.

We are looking for someone who is willing to be forward thinking and also have the ability to aggresively get this business out to the instutional markets and  needs to clearly demonstrate the hunger, desire and experience in how to do this.

They already have an excellent presence and reputation which has been led by the CEO of the firm and now he needs to pass the responisbilities of raising the profile of the business to someone else while he focuses on other things within the group.

A real chance to work for a CEO that will reward the hard work if results are evident and so need to have the pedigree in brokerage and pitching to the institutional clients and the ability to demonstrate the thought process of how they have the skills to take what the CEO has already done to the next level.

(Arabic speakers would be an advantage but not essential)
