Head of Internal Audit / Chief Audit Manager
You will assist the Global Head of Internal Audit in designing and implementing a programme of review aimed at providing Senior Management with reasonable assurance on the management of business risk throughout the legal entities.
Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparation of the strategic and annual audit plan in cooperation with other Internal Audit Team ensuring to meet the guidelines received from the Group's Bodies.
- Manage, coach, mentor the Internal Auditors team, developing their skills to ensure an excellent Internal Audit service to the various businesses.
- Refine maintain the Internal Audit process and delivers high quality execution through Audit life cycle
- Development and coordination of the implementation process for new audit methodologies, procedures, checklists are in compliance with industry standards
- Generation of periodic reports on activities of diverse departments and Group Bodies Local Audit Committee
- Manage the Internal Audit team, promoting teamwork and acting as a mentor, coach and manager as appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationship with Senior Manager and key stakeholders within Investments business

Experience Qualifications:
- 10 years audit (or relevant business) experience covering a range of audit tools and techniques
- Professionally qualified (or equivalent) – Corporate Treasurer/Securities Institute
- IT literate including the use of IT techniques for auditing
- Detailed expert knowledge of mutual fund
- Treasury / Wholesale Banking or Asset Management experience
- Highly effective inter-personal skills
- Experience of communicating successfully with senior and executive management
- Previous people management experience is essential
