Head of Internal Audit – Global Markets & Operations recruitment
The role will directly report into the global head of audit and you will be responsible for a small team in developing and managing all aspects of the audit programme.
Some of the key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;
Managing relationship with global markets and operations management teams, ensuring collaborative working within audit and the wider group internal audit functions.
Managing the development of a dynamic and risk sensitive audit plan for global markets and operations, where the successful candidate must be fully aware by external developments and business line engagement.
Full accountability for the execution of the audit plan and the content and tone of global markets and operations audit reports.
Understanding the static and emerging business risk profile across global markets and operations and ensuring that these are reflected in audit priorities.
Promoting the exchange of skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours across the different teams within group internal audit and be role model for internal audit, specifically responsible for mentoring and developing staff to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role within an investment bank and have expertise knowledge and understanding of global markets and regulatory requirements pertaining to the banking industry.
