Head of Internal Communications (Asset Management) recruitment
My client is a leading European Asset Management house looking to grow out their internal communications function. This is a unique and very visible position where you will liaise with individuals at all levels and be involved from day one with the establishment and implementation of an overarching internal communications strategy for the business.
On a day to day basis you will promote a more open, transparent and confident communications culture and identify and articulate key developments within the company that should be communicated globally. This is a very proactive role and you will constantly encouraging greater cross regional content sharing.
The ideal candidate will already be in a senior Internal Communications position within the buyside or alternatively the financial services sector.
This is a key strategic hire for the company.
