Head of Internal Sales
Our client is a leading retail focused Asset Manager based in the city, who are actively looking to expand there distribution business units. This includes head count for a co head of internal sales. The ideal candidate should have around 4-7 years asset management experience within a client orientated environment.
The successful individual will have managed a team of internal sales staff providing support and assistance to external and regional sales individuals. They will liaise with various business development and marketing teams throughout the business.
Key tasks/experience required:
- Proven sales track record within asset management
- Experience of managing and developing a sales team
- Broad knowledge of tax based investment products
- Worked with sales directors on a daily basis
- Experience of input into internal business development strategies
Personal specification
- 4-7 years buy side experience
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Experience of managing a sales team
- Sales experience over the phone
- Knowledge of the IFA market
