Head of Investment Product Management recruitment

Our client, a well-established bank, is seeking a Head of Investment Product Development to join their team, candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining product strategies and features according to Investment Products such as ELNs, Funds, Currency Linked Deposit and FX-related products to achieve the sales and revenue target
Formulating and executing the marketing strategies and programs.
Leading the team to develop business plans to drive Investment Services and relevant product and services to meet business targets
Leading the team to ensure effective product management including product due diligence, product provider selection and ongoing review
Identifying new business opportunities and liaising with external business partners to manage investment product selection, expanding penetration to existing customer base as well as acquiring new customers
Providing guidance and coaching to subordinates as required to ensure that they meet their targets and performance

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in banking/ financial institutions
Good understand of Retail Financial Services Products, customer behavior and competitive arena
Strong network with fund house and investment banking
Aggressive, highly flexible and determine to deliver assigned business targets
Good sense of market change and analytical with good communication and negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure and independently
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
