Head of Investor Relations recruitment
The Role
• Lead, manage and develop the internal and external IR activities on an international basis for the company and be the first point of contact for analysts and investors
• Keep investors up to date on company performance and industry trends and assist with organisation and management of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings
• Manage the flow of information between the company and its shareholders, including information on corporate governance and corporate social responsibility
• Provide feedback to the Executive team on investor relations and on how investors view the company
• Provide the Executive team with support for MA and corporate finance activity
• Represent the Executive team at investor meetings and conferences when required
• Manage the IR website and the production for production of materials and presentations for investor meetings
• Ensure regular analysis of the shareholder register structure
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
• In-depth knowledge of how an effective IR function operates (either from in-house, an agency or a bank)
• Enthusiasm and knowledgeable of the technology sector
• Strong communication and presentation skills and personal credibility with the market and colleagues
• Self-motivated, energetic and adept at working on their own and though others
• Exposure to corporate finance and related activities would be advantageous, as would an MBA
• Capable of supporting the Executive team whilst proactively enhancing the efficiency of interaction with new and existing investors
• Keen to learn and have the potential to take on further leadership roles in the future
• Fluent English speaker with an international mind-set. French and German would be advantageous
