Head of Investor Relations/Client Services recruitment
Reporting directly to the CEO you will take responsibility for all areas of investor relations:
oDealing with investors for their questions, subscriptions, redemptions etc.
oReview and maintenance of Company Reporting to Investors via Performance Reports, Newsletters, Estimated NAVs and Flash Reports, Third Party Marketers specific Reports.
oWorking closely with the Sales Directors, Fund Managers and Risk Operations team.
oRewriting, redesigning and maintaining the current Marketing Literature of the company including the Teasers/Flyers/Terms Sheets/DDQs/presentations
oGenerating strong numerical analysis of funds track records to support sales
oCreating and maintaining a standard database of questions and answers
oMaintaining CRM System
oMarket research amongst investors, allocators, consultants to identify areas of focus for sales (which product and where)
oResearch on trends (which products or profile in the next 12months)
To apply for this role you will have experience working in a client services/sales support/investor relations/marketing team at an asset manager or hedge fund.
