Head of IT – Securities Trading Firm recruitment
You will be tasked with ensuring that the correct strategy is developed and executed for front office technology as well as being responsible for global infrastructure plans and an offshore development centre.
We are seeking someone with extensive experience and knowledge of IT in front office technology. Good knowledge of infrastructure is also key, along with a strong track record of managing 30+ staff in Asia.
Requirements:
- 10yrs+ of front to back Capital Markets Trading Technology
- Strong knowledge of financial products, especially FX, Commodities, and Equities
- Strong experience of managing offshore software development teams
- Good knowledge of infrastructure, particularly in global networks and data centres
- Good knowledge of web based and CRM technologies
- Track record of building and structuring a first class IT team
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Willing to travel frequently.
