Head of IT Change recruitment

The successful incumbent for this role will ideally come from a strong consumer banking background, preferably with some regional and international experience within IT change. This role will report into a Global Head within the bank and will demand strong stakeholder management as a key part of the daily responsibilities. The bank will expect the successful incumbent to have secured the following experience within their career to date:

- regional / international experience in working on large scale IT Change delivery programs.

- proven delivery capability

- strong stakeholder management skills

- strong consumer banking experience

- strong experience in driving organisational change through IT

- experience in having restructured operations transformation, systems re-platforming  and data migration.

- heavy involvement in a successful global integration programme

- strong management capabilities and the ability to work to tight deadlines

- experience in working with multi function and multi country IT Change projects.
