Head of IT Infrastructure Delivery Services recruitment

RoleRespobsibility:

- timely and quality delivery of all infrastructure reinforcement and security improvement projects in China.

- key member to help on the facilitating of the reshape of GIS China.

- manage infrastructure BAU operations.

- programme management of IT infrastructure reinforcement and risk improvement projects.

- IT infrastructure technical architecture.

- manage infrastructure project team, liaise with regional infrastructure team for supporting China projects and target operations.

- participate to regional projects and Business Lines projects for Infrastructure definition and implementation.

- pro-actively supervise the target infrastrucutre operation design and ensure the service level been clearly mutual agreed by IT infrastructure team and end users.

- ensure that techincal documentation for IT infrastructure is created and maintained.

- manage relationships with vendors for ousourced or third-party systems.

- work and liasie in close relationships with the other China IT Teams and other Regional IT teams.

- supervises and ensure the IT financial management durinig project lifecycle.

- take other responsibilities given by CTO China.

- ensure stable prodction environment for both core infrastructure and end user support.

- delivery of all infrastructure BAU services into country.

- resourcing planning and people management.

- risk management.

- financial management.

- asset information protection.

Requirements:

- 7 years minimum experience with at least 2 years experience in a Banking environment.

- knowledge of key technology standards around ITIL, Helpdesk, Telecommunications, Services Delivery, Project Management.

- Advanced knowledge of network/voice/network security.

- Advanced knowledge of system admin (UNIX, Windows and AS/400)

- fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, as well as ability to translate and explain technical issues to non technical users.

- ability to work under pressure, multi-task and priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

- sel management skills and initiative and a proactive way of work.

- able to build effective relationships and trust with all stakeholders.

- excellent communicator at group and individual level.

- good business understanding and attention to detail and open to technologies evolutions.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or other related fields, and/or ample demonstrated successful experience in a similar position.

- Rich knowledge of end user service and customer experience management.
