Head of LDI / Insurance Sales recruitment
The Wholesale division serves businesses, ranging from start-ups and small enterprises to global corporations, with a range of propositions fully segmented according to customer need. The division comprises Corporate Markets, Treasury and Trading, and Asset Finance.
Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will report to the Head of the Rate Sales. The candidate is expected to:
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
•Be part of an entrepreneurial and growing environment.
• Manage the LDI Rates/Fixed Income business.
• Sell and distribute Interest Rate products and solutions to UK Pensions Funds and/or Insurance companies.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative annual targets.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have significant exposure to a similar role in an Investment Bank or Financial Services institution at the Director level focusing on Sales to primarily UK Pensions Funds and Insurance companies.
• Proven revenue generating track record.
• Strong experience with managing client relationships and of building a business would be looked upon favourably.
Technical Skills:
• Proven knowledge and experience in the LDI (Liability Driven Investments) Interest Rate Derivatives Sales market.
• Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional writing, communication and presentation skill are required
