Scope of Responsibilities:
• The Legal Department management
• The overall Group business counseling
• The legal risk management
• Due diligence
• The specified countries sectoral legislation monitoring system elaboration
• The litigation and out-of-court settlement
• The international investment banking cooperation
The Candidate Profile:
• Male
• University legal degree
• English (fluent written and oral)
• At least 3 years of the Legal Department management experience
• Experience in interaction with the judicial, executive and legislative authorities in Russia and CIS countries
• The financial and corporate international law implementation experience
