The successful individual must also be able to provide the full suite of legal/tax services (corporate, contract, regulatory, legal agreements, technical etc.) to the company either directly or through the use of external legal advisors.

The role holder must meet a demanding implementation schedule and will need to partner with both internal and external resource providers; a vital part of the role will be the identification and successful management of interdependencies in support of specific business outcomes.

The role holder will be required to manage resource conflicts, planning issues, legal and regulatory issues, and project issues. The role holder will also be required to give update briefings at the Steering Committee. It will be a requirement for the role to work closely with Sales team and to support managers to ensure there is a common understanding and shared vision of the product and legal services agenda across the organisation.
