Head of LIFE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS – SOUTH AFRICA recruitment
Essentially you will be required to assist with Running the business operations and administration.
Our client requires an individual to augment the senior levels of the Life business' administration arena whilst working closely as 2iC with the Life Operations General Manager; essentially the business need is to acquire additional senior talent.
The type of individual required:
Experience:-
• A qualified Life Actuary/Chartered accountant or similar
• Minimum of 5+ years experience within a Life Administration environment/role
• Previously managed a division or business
• Previously responsible for running and leading a team; current team is +- 7 people
• High degree of technical knowledge in the individual life, risk arena
• Demonstrated credibility
• Good financial, operations and administration experience and understanding to effectively apply to the business
• Able to operate confidently as 2IC to the GM

• Having worked in a Life business perhaps on the technical side and looking to get more involved in the running of the business
Have a strong Individual Life Risk Administration background
