Head of Market Access
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staff Management
- Coach and develop the team.
- Responsible for performance management and development cycle with employees.
- Regulatory Control
- Control the business’s regulatory compliance and ongoing performance.
- Ensure robust processes and understanding is in place to comply with existing and new regulation.
- Regional Annual Plan
- Prioritize and assign the tasks of the regional department and translate them into tactical activities in alignment with the global strategy.
- Draw up annual plan, estimate the needed amount of resources and budget.
- Financial Performance
- Collect information and financial performances.
- Forecast and budget all short and long term costs and revenues related to ongoing activates and new initiatives.
- Analyze, clarify and report on the financial performance.
- Create solutions for improvement, and build revenue opportunities.
- Management
- Analyze and monitor the performance of the day-to-day operation.
- Signal deviations in agreed targets and quality standards.
- Discuss with other departments, clients and committees what measures to take to maintain effective/ efficient operation and initiate the necessary actions.
- Change Management
- Translate global strategy into priorities and actions for the region.
- Realize support in the relevant departments to enable necessary changes.
- Coordinate changes, realize the necessary support and organize projects.
- Client Management
- Analyze the major aspects of new or adjusted client profiles and value the possibilities.
- Inform prospects about the services and discuss the terms of the collaboration.
- Coordinate the decision making processes in regional committees, visualizing the values and risks of client acceptance.
- On board new clients managing inside and outside expectation effectively.
REQUIRMENTS
- Knowledge of business economics at a degree level or equivalent suitable qualification
- Knowledge of business development and functional support in a regional environment
- Knowledge of (new) markets, compliance, securities, derivatives, banking and finance products
- 15+ years of relevant working experience
- Bachelor’s degree
